We believe that wearing uniform gives our children a sense of belonging and fosters a sense of community, as well as allowing children to develop a sense of pride in their appearance.

Please refer to our uniform policy on our policy page.

New uniform guidelines

Jewellery, hair and headwear

On health and safety grounds, we do not allow children to wear jewellery to the academy, except for small stud earrings and watches.

Excessive hairstyles are strongly discouraged and the decisions about the suitability of an individual style are the responsibility of the principal whose decision will be final. Shaved designs are not permitted, nor are multiple hair colours. All hair accessories should be modest and where possible, in the academy colours.

All clothing should be clearly labelled with your child’s name. This is especially important, as uniform items look similar and can easily be confused for another child’s. The academy cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.
