We had such an exciting morning at school when Radio Nottingham arrived with Pudsey the Bear as part of their 1000-mile three-legged challenge.
The whole school came together to give Pudsey and the radio team a wonderful welcome. A few of our pupils even had the chance to be interviewed live on air, which was a fantastic experience for them. The children’s enthusiasm and cheering were so infectious that Pudsey wanted to stay with us all day!
To add to the fun, miss ‘fun’ Dunn joined in by being tied to one of the presenters’ legs to help them on the next part of their challenge, a trip to Mill Waters. We were very relieved to see her return safely, still smiling.
It was a memorable morning full of laughter, teamwork, and community spirit. Experiences like these make school life so special, full of opportunities for our children to learn, take part, and create lasting memories together.
